  How long will I have to wait for my parts?

All items listed as 'In Stock' will be despatched on the same working day as ordered, if bought and paid for before 2pm. There are a couple of exceptions, so please check the 'Delivery & Returns' information at the bottom of the page. Items are posted using the Royal Mail 1st class service unless otherwise indicated at time of purchase. 

  I am a TMF+ (plus) member, how do I get discounted prices?

To register for the TMF+ discounted prices please email through the 'Contact Us' link and include your TMF 'name' in the message section. Once we have confirmed the member level we will email confirmation and your password. To access your discounted prices just click the 'log in' link (top right of page) and enter the email address and password, you will then be able to compare your discounted price to the retail price. 

  I am a mini trader, can I get a discounted price?

To register for the trade discounted prices please email through the 'Contact Us' link and include a brief discription of the company and any existing website URL in the message section. Once we have checked eligibility we will email confirmation and your password. To access your discounted prices just click the 'log in' link (top right of page) and enter the email address and password, you will then be able to compare your discounted price to the retail price.

  I've bought something and it doesn't fit or it is the wrong item, what do I do?

We have a 100% no quibble returns policy, see link below for more details, please contact us to arrange return of the item(s) and to discuss the option of replacement or refund. We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have any issues please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can sort it out.

  My parcel has not arrived yet, what do I do?

Either call us or email so that we can check with the postal service used and arrange for refund or replacements as necessary. We want you to be happy with the service we provide so if you have any issues please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can sort it out.

  What is a working day?

Monday - Friday only, excluding Bank Holiday's and weekends. We will despatch parcels on a saturday when possible but as we attend mini shows it cannot be guaranteed that purchases made on a friday after 2pm will be despatched on saturday, it is more likely to be monday (or tuesday if the monday is a bank holiday).
