Delivery & Returns
Return of Goods
MRA Minis will give a refund, excluding postage and packaging charges, on parts returned to us within fourteen days of delivery of the goods to the buyer, subject to the following conditions:
a) Goods are returned in the condition/packaging they were sold in and are not damaged in anyway.
b) The goods were not specially ordered by MRA Minis on the customers’ behalf.
c) The goods have not been fitted or tampered with.
d) All carriage costs relating to returned products are to be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee.
The only exception to this is if the goods were incorrectly supplied by MRA Minis then a full refund will be given and return carriage will be paid by MRA Minis.
Delivery
All confirmed orders paid for before 2pm Monday - Friday will be despatched using a Royal Mail 1st class service the same day, orders confirmed after this time or on a weekend or bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day. The main exceptions to this are:
- Courier service, depends upon available collection time, parcel will be despatched no later than the next working day
- Goods clearly marked with a lead time required to prepare the item
For courier deliveries we use DHL, UPS and Fedex. Certain postcodes are considered geographic extremities, for example Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Scilly Islands and some parts of Scotland, these areas may incur additional charges. We will advise tracking information via email but cannot specify delivery time. Courier delivery requires a signature upon receipt of delivery and a contact telephone number. If this is not possible we recommend that you give an alternative delivery address on your order form.
Our postal charges are based on the packed weight of the goods plus a small additional amount to cover the cost of packing materials, box, envelope, time etc.
We will endeavour to despatch your order within the specified timescales however once passed to the postal service or courier the time to deliver the goods is out of our control.
