1 Terms of Sale
a) All products remain the property of MRA Minis until paid for in full by the customer.
b) Nothing contained in the website constitutes an offer and MRA Minis reserves the right to withdraw or revise the website and any other material at any time prior to their acceptance of the customer’s order.
c) Whilst we at MRA Minis endeavor to be helpful at all times MRA Minis shall not be liable for any advice given by its employees or agents to the customer as to the application or use of the goods unless such advice is confirmed in writing by MRA Minis.
d) MRA Minis are not liable for any extra charges incurred by the customer from Customs & Excise when shipping goods. Shipping costs are included on the invoice unless otherwise stipulated. Overseas orders are often subject to local import duties, taxes and Customs clearance, which will need to be paid for at the point of entry. These charges are NOT included in the price of the goods or delivery prices neither can MRA Minis be held responsible for any charges incurred. All relevant Customs forms and documentation needed to ensure the order arrives with the minimum of delay will be included with your shipment. If you have any special requirements, please contact us to discuss them.
e) From time to time MRA Minis may offer their customers trial parts or services as part of MRA Mini's research and development programme, the cost of which will be varied on a case to case basis. Anything offered under this scheme will remain the property of MRA Mini's as they are considered prototypes. This offer may be made either verbally or in writing (at request) MRA Mini's reserve the right to relinquish ownership of any item or service at the end of any trial period, this is done on a case by case basis, a full release document will be issued to the customer detailing the extent of any liabilities.
f) Items left at our premises for an excessive period of time may be subject to a storage charge or disposal. Generally if MRA Mini's have had no contact from the customer within 14 days and 28 days for vehicles we will apply said charges. Currently this charge stands at £3.50 per day for smaller items and £15.00 per day for vehicles plus VAT at the current rate. In the event of disposal this will be done at cost to the customer, this will normally not take place until a period of 2 calendar months has expired.
2 Delivery
a) MRA Minis delivery policy is designed to give customers the best value shipment for the level of service required.
b) The delivery charge given to you in the checkout process is based on estimated parcel weight and does not take into account the volumetric limitations of the dispatch methods available. Also some combination of parts (i.e. gaskets with brake discs) may require shipping in two separate packages to avoid parts being damaged in transit. Because of this MRA Minis reserve the right to contact you with a more accurate quote for delivery once the items have been packed.
c) Items are dispatched, by the requested service, within 1 working day (not including Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays) of the order being placed assuming that the products ordered are in stock and available for shipment.
d) If some of the items that you have purchased are out of stock or unavailable at time of purchase then MRA Minis will email you a notification of what parts are unavailable and ask whether you would like to wait for your entire order to become available or ship available parts only. Any delay in responding to this email will result in your goods being delayed.
e) Please be aware that in the unlikely event that you parcel is lost you will have to wait up to 15 working days (3 weeks) before the post office will consider the parcel undelivered or lost. MRA Minis will not dispatch a free replacement until this time has passed. If your order has not been delivered and you require MRA Minis to dispatch the goods again before this time then you will need to order and pay for the goods again. When the postal service confirms the parcel is lost then MRA Minis will issue a full refund for the undelivered goods.
3 Warranty
a) Subject to the conditions set out below MRA Minis will ensure that the goods conform with our specification or, if there is no such specification then the goods will be within normal limits of industrial quality, at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
b) MRA Minis shall be under no liability in respect of any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, neglect, failure to follow MRA Minis instructions, misuse or improper alteration or repair of the goods.
c) The warranty does not extend to parts, materials or equipment not manufactured by MRA Minis, the buyer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer to MRA Minis, and which we will in so far as possible, assign to the buyer upon the written request of the buyer.
d) Any valid claim must be notified to MRA Minis in writing within the warranty period (12 months from date of delivery). MRA Minis shall be entitled to repair or replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or refund to the buyer the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price).
4 And finally
a) We reserve the right to make alterations to our Terms, Policies and Website without notice.
