Part no: 2A998 this 6 bladed metal fan is also known as the 'Hot Climate' or 'Export fan'

This metal fan is probably the best fan to use, especially as it stands a higher chance of keeping the engine running cool.

Alternatives are:-

The 11 blade plastic fan 12G2129 which is quieter but not so efficient.
The 2 or 4 blade type 2A997 which is slightly better for cooling but is a lot noisier as it cuts through the air.
