This is part no: 12A2075 the longer type cylinder head adaptor tube. It makes fitting the bypass hose easier without removing the head. The shortened hose slides up the tube and then back down on the water pump tube.

This part shares the same thread size, type and pitch with both ends of the crankshaft, if you need to re-tap to fit this item you can use this tap SPT5/8x16w
