The last of a long line of Rover design mods to the engine steady bush.

This is the uprated performance variant of the one piece bush type rubber block, one per end instead of th eolder design that required 2 of the older design per end.

You would need to per steady and these were fitted from 1996 onwards and will retro fit to older steadies.
