This straight little rubber connector joins the stock vacuum advance distributor to the carb/manifold. A small rubber joint then connects to the metal line that fits the distributor. If this connector is deteriorated it could allow a vaccum leak at the carb and stop the advance from working properly. Related product: 90 degree joint (12B2062).
