This is a glass, clear lens unit with twin filament bulbholder, front side and indicator lamp that was usually fitted on USA or export models. UK cars had just a single filament indicator with amber lens. These are complete assemblies including clear twin filament bulb, lens, chrome trim ring socket and rubber boot.
