This seal is the genuine bagged MG Rover solid type front main 'half moon' seal for all transverse engines. This solid type seal is well worth the extra money as it fits perfectly and provides better sealing qualities.

UPDATE: The MG Seal is no longer manufacured with a metal insert, the only alternative is AHU159Z which is soft, if you are lucky enough to have an original fitted then re-use it.
