removes the clutch drag issue found when the standard front bush "walks out" of the primary gear.

No welding required to fit, all you need to be able to do is remove the old bush, as the old bush is normally loose due to slippage wear it isn't difficult to remove from the gear with a simple punch and a small hammer.
