TSL-5 - Special Turbo High Power Layshaft for A+ HI SPEC

This is the strongest Layshaft EVER it has a bigger "small" end to cope with high torque output.
The design is simple in that it looks like a 2 step layshaft as used on earlier gearboxes whilst having an A+ (3 step) middle journal size at the small end, this means that it doesn't bend as easily, which is a major cause of failure on Mini's with over 120bhp.
If your gearbox suffers from the small end of your lafshaft "walking" through the case (is loose in it's bore) then this layshaft will almost certainly help.

made from a high grade alloy steel, with our double heat treatment process, then ground to a superior surface finish.

Both the Layshaft and the gearbox modification are completed by us in our own machine shop, although we normally have the shaft in stock, the cases are different issue as it is often the case for us to machine your case to suit so please allow up to 28 days for this service.
